What makes your work different to other photographer’s work?
We believe in making soft and natural enhancements to images instead of applying trendy effects which will date. We take our photos in intimate, relaxed settings to keep the shoot fun and candid. We adore natural light as it gives a certain warmth and atmosphere in photos.

Will we get a print release for the photos after our wedding?
Yes, there are no catches and no hidden costs. You, your family and friends can print your edited, high resolution wedding photos as often as you like, wherever you like. We do recommend you print through us, as we offer a variety of products that are of heirloom quality and are colour-matched for a great result. Lauren Anne Photography maintains copyright. 

When will we receive our wedding photos?
Approximately 6-8 weeks after your wedding. This can vary, depending on busy season, travel, holidays etc. 

What if our wedding runs later than expected?
If need be, we can stay for up to 11 hours. Usually extra hours are discussed and agreed upon before the wedding as we may have a wedding booked for the following day, and it’s important to keep our schedule on track. Extra hours will be billed at $300 per hour.

Do you travel?
All wedding collections include one hour travel from Newcastle, NSW. Engagement sessions include 30 minutes travel from Newcastle, NSW. Please get in touch if you require a travel quote.

Can we meet you?
We love getting to know couples over a cuppa at the home studio. Not only is it a great way to see if we are a good fit, you can also view our sample albums. By appointment only.

It might take a while for us to save the deposit. Can you pencil us in?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do so. The only way you can secure our services is to fill in the online wedding agreement and pay the deposit.

Can you help us with our wedding day timeline?
Absolutely, it’s really important to get in touch with us before you schedule the timeline of your wedding day. This will ensure enough time has been allocated for each segment of the day, and to allow for optimal lighting for couple and bridal party photos. 

We are interest in booking, what's the next step?
A non-refundable $1000 retainer and online agreement is required to secure your wedding date. All remaining funds are required 4 weeks before your wedding.  

How can we pay the invoice?
We accept direct bank transfers (via online banking), or cash. We will email you the invoice, where you can find our bank details and your owing balance.

What happens after we book?
We will get you to fill out the Wedding Information Form, which will inform us of our schedule and other important information. We will then be in touch a 1 week before the wedding, to run through any last minute details and to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
